What is the quoting process?
We do a quick estimate and upon payment provide the services required such as modeling, 3d prototype and then delivering the finished requested product.
How long does it take to get a quote?
When you reach out for a quote, we gather a few details about your project. This helps us provide you with the most accurate estimate possible. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything figured out—just share what you can!
What information do I need to provide?
Ideally you will provide:
Material requested, 3d printed model required (Y/N), a detailed drawing or 3d model, and some information about what you’re looking to have done.
Can I ask for changes after receiving a quote?
If you have further questions during any part of the process, feel free to reach out! We’re always happy to chat and ensure you have everything you need.
What if I have additional questions?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re unsure about the quoting process at any point, don’t hesitate to ask for clarification. We want to make this as easy as possible for you!
How detailed should my project description be?
Detailed descriptions help us understand your needs better, but don’t stress. Just share what you can, and we’ll figure it out together.
What materials can you work with?
We work with a variety of materials, including plastics, metals, and more. Let us know what you need, and we’ll let you know what’s possible!
Do you offer bulk discounts?
For larger orders, we offer discounts based on what services are being offered. 3d modeling is generally a one time fee where as production of the finished part goes down in cost with quantity as the setups, CAM, etc. are all single time costs that make more sense spread over multiple units.
Can I request a rush order?
If you’re in a hurry, let us know! We can discuss options for faster service when you place your order.
What’s your typical turnaround time?
Our typical turnaround time varies based on the project, but we can work with as little as 24 hours for some projects.
